Job Title: Live-In Manager
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
- Manage guest relations – handle feedback, complaints, and VIP stays with a professional and solutions-driven approach.
- Maintain strong communication with the Group General Manager and report on occupancy, maintenance, and staffing updates.
- Ensure adherence to JH Group operational policies, OH&S, and brand standards.
- Supervise daily housekeeping and maintenance schedules to maintain the hotel's presentation and cleanliness.
- Oversee supplier coordination, deliveries, and basic financial administration (invoicing, petty cash, banking).
- Support recruitment, rostering, and staff performance management where required.
- Act as after-hours emergency contact and ensure guest safety protocols are always followed.
- Liaise with local partners and tourism stakeholders to strengthen community relationships and promote the hotel.
- Proven hospitality leadership experience (ideally in small to medium accommodation operations).
- Minimum 1-2 years of hospitality leadership experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Sound understanding of PMS systems, OTA platforms, and front-office processes.
- Hands‑on, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of compliance and safety requirements.
- Accommodation: On-site live-in role (manager's unit provided).
