Responsibilities:

• In charge of bar operations
• Create cocktail menu
• Conduct market research
• Establish good relationships with other top bars
• Working towards guest shifts and regional collaboration
• Manage stock
• Assist in hosting floor

Requirements:

• At least 1 year as Head Mixologist or Head Bartender
• Strong knowledge in beverage products
• Have working experience in cocktail bar
