We are looking for a hands-on Head Chef to take control, lead the team and deliver consistent high-quality food in a fast-paced pub environment.

Running the kitchen day to day
Leading and managing the team
Controlling food costs and stock
Handling high-volume service
Keeping standards high (no shortcuts)
