Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced and charismatic Head Bartender to lead our bar program and elevate our beverage program. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about drinks, service excellence, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional service and foster professional growth
• Design and update innovative cocktail menus to enhance customer experience and drive beverage sales
• Manage inventory by overseeing stock levels, placing orders, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure operational efficiency
• Uphold high service standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
• Drive sales growth while effectively controlling costs through strategic planning and resource management
• Communicate clearly and motivate the team to achieve performance targets in a fast-paced hospitality setting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior bartending role (minimum 2 years in a similar role)
• Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge applied to menu creation and team training
• Leadership and communication skills demonstrated through team management and service excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and delivering results under pressure
