Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Freelance Chef Instructor, based in Singapore. The Chef Instructor will be responsible for planning and conducting cooking classes, creating instructional materials, demonstrating culinary techniques, and providing expert guidance to students. The role also involves developing specialised recipes, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and fostering an engaging and educational environment for learners.

We are currently placing emphasis on Bread & Boulangerie, Korean, and Vietnamese cuisines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in culinary techniques, recipe development, and food preparation
• Strong teaching, presentation, and instructional skills
• Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse learners
• Creativity and passion for culinary innovation and mindfulness in cooking
• Previous experience in a teaching or training role is an advantage
• Culinary certification or relevant professional qualifications in the food industry
• Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment in Singapore
