About the Job

Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Operations Management
  • Supervise daily hotel operations during assigned shifts.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and Engineering.

  • Monitor occupancy, room status, and operational workflow.

  • Conduct shift briefings and handovers.

2️⃣ Guest Service &
  • Handle guest complaints and service recovery p

  • Ensure prompt resolution of issues to maintain guest satisfaction.

  • Manage VIP arrivals and special req

3️⃣ Staff Supervisi
  • Guide and support front office and

  • Ensure staff compliance with hotel SOP and service standards.

  • Provide on-the-job coaching where necessary.

4️⃣ Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.

  • Respond to emergency situations (e.g., fire alarm, medical cases).

  • Coordinate with Security during incidents.

5️⃣ Reporting
  • Prepare daily shift reports.

  • Escalate major operational issues to Management.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Business / related field preferred.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hotel front office or supervisory experience.

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).

  • Able to work a 6-day work week and rotating shifts, including night shifts.
