We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join us on a part-time or casual basis, with the option to negotiate full-time hours for the right person.

Whether you're picking up extra shifts alongside other work, returning to the industry, or simply looking for a kitchen culture that doesn't grind you down we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

This is a hands-on position across rotating sections, covering both prep and service in a busy but well-run kitchen.

• Work confidently across sections handling prep and service
• Maintain consistent standards in cooking, preparation, and presentation
• Follow food safety, WH&S, stock rotation, and labelling procedures
• Contribute to daily cleaning routines and correct storage practices
• Collaborate with senior chefs and support apprentices where needed

About You

• 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Comfortable working at pace without cutting corners
• Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
• You appreciate food that's done well without being overcomplicated
