Responsibilities & Requirements
- Prepare food according to established recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistent quality
- Assist in ingredient preparation, food presentation, and proper storage to maintain freshness
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations to ensure compliance
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Support senior chefs and participate in daily briefings and training
- Report operational issues or guest feedback to supervisors promptly
- Relevant culinary experience or certification is preferred
