Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 About The Opportunity We are seeking a Full Time Chef to join our team at Wests New Lambton. With multiple dining outlets, including our Bistro and New Beijing, this role offers the opportunity to support a variety of food experiences across the venue. In this role, you will assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality food across our outlets. Your responsibilities will include: Completing preparation requirements in line with daily service needs Delivering consistent, high-quality food during service Supporting other kitchen sections as required Maintaining clean and organised work areas Assisting with the set-up and close down of service Storing food in line with hygiene standards Managing waste appropriately This is a full-time position and will require availability across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, including split shifts.
