About the Role

As our Chef, you’ll support the senior kitchen team in the preparation and execution of high‑quality dishes. You’ll bring creativity, consistency, and a strong work ethic to every service, contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with daily food preparation and service across all sections

• Maintaining high standards of presentation, flavour, and consistency

• Supporting stock rotation, ordering, and kitchen organisation

• Upholding food safety and hygiene standards

• Working closely with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service

• Contributing ideas and supporting menu development

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Commis or Demi Chef

• Passion for food, technique, and continuous learning

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft

• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen

• A positive attitude and willingness to grow within the team

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required
