Are you an experienced and passionate Chef looking for a casual role in a supportive and fast-paced hospitality environment? Locali by Romeo's, located on George Street, is seeking a skilled and motivated Casual Chef to join our team.

Hours & Roster:

• Casual position
• Monday to Friday
• 25–30 hours per week

About the Role:As a Casual Chef at Locali by Romeo's, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality dishes with a strong focus on fresh pasta and Italian-inspired cuisine. You'll work as part of a close-knit team to ensure consistency, quality, and high food safety standards.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar kitchen role
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience working with pasta (essential)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
• Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation
• A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
• Australian work rights are essential
