Job DescriptionOn behalf of our client Sirrom Corporation (Aust.) Pty Ltd, we are advertising. Sirrom Corporation (Aust.) Pty Ltd is looking for Chefs to join their team based in Western Australia to various sites.
Jobs and Duties- Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies.
- Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
- Discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff.
- Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures.
- Preparing and cooking food.
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations.
- May select and train staff.
- May freeze and preserve foods.
- Trade qualified with a minimum 5 years’ post-qualified experience.
- Resume must show chef capabilities in either the Cruise ship industry or 5-star hotels or similar.
- Candidates will be asked to show leadership qualities but be able to work in a team environment as well.
- Basic English is a requirement.
Location: Western Australia
Salary: $92,500 - $97,500 + super
Position: Full time, Permanent
