Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Thai cuisine according to restaurant standards
- Handle food preparation such as cutting, marinating and cooking
- Ensure consistency and quality of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Assist in stock control and inventory management
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Familiar with Thai cooking methods and ingredients
- Able to work in fast-paced kitchen environment
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to stand for long hours
- Able to handle hot kitchen environment
- Experience in authentic Thai cuisine preferred
