Job description Grazing Restaurant and Function Centre Gundaroo NSW Full-time Salary Ranger: $75,000-$85,000 Salary $76,515 pa plus 12% superannuation About the business and the role: Grazing Restaurant and Function Centre is located in the historic Royal Hotel, Gundaroo. An established dining and event venue located only 30 minutes from Canberra. Our focus is solely on local and regional wines and producers. We deal directly with local wineries, winemakers and farmers, these partnerships have been forged over a long period of time and underline the importance of the community to Grazing. For over 16 years Grazing has enjoyed a reputation of being a highly regarded and multi award winning establishment. The unique setting of Grazing in the historic village of Gundaroo in the 150 year old Royal Hotel offers experiences rarely available so close to a growing metropolitan centre. Grazing boasts a dedicated function area specifically constructed to engage large group events such as weddings, corporate occasions and private parties. We enjoy a year round trade incorporating functions while providing a vibrant A la Carte dining scene for our guests. The function area accommodates 140 while the dining area seats up to 90. Grazing is opened Thursdays to Saturdays for lunch and dinner and Sundays for lunch. Grazing also trades on selected public holidays throughout the year. We enjoy an established and dedicated long term work force, many of whom are local Gundaroo residents.
