Job Opportunity: Chef Position at Chad and Simon

Hourly Rate: $30-$40 Location: Wollongong Region

Are you a passionate chef looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills? Chad and Simon are looking for a talented and dedicated chef to join our team. This role offers the chance to grow into a permanent position, with great working hours from Monday to Friday (early start and early finish).

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of Daily Tasks and Operations: Oversee and coordinate the daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.

• Cooking/Food Preparation: Prepare delicious meals and contribute to the ongoing development of our diverse menu.

• Barista Duties: Serve high-quality coffee and beverages with skill and precision.

• Daily Maintenance Duties: Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and service areas.

• Great Customer Service: Deliver excellent service to our customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.

• Food & Beverage Operations: Have a strong understanding of stock control and food safety to maintain the highest standards.
