We are a locally owned & run French artisan bakery. At 4 years old, we are established in Canberra with five shops. With a focus on delivering high-quality sourdough bread, pastries, and cakes, delivering the perfect experience is part of our identity.

About the role

We are looking for a Pastry Chef specialising in cakes and sweets to be a part of our Fyshwick production site. As a Cake Pastry Chef, you will play a key role in producing high-quality cakes, desserts, and sweet pastries that reflect our commitment to the art and beauty of this work.

You’ll work alongside a small team that thrives on collaboration, open communication, and pride in their work. If you enjoy an environment where technique, creativity, and consistency matter, you’ll feel right at home here.

The role involves early starts, so comfort with morning shifts is essential.

• Have previous experience in patisserie, especially working with cakes and sweets.

• Work well within a positive, fast-paced team.

• Handle early starts and physical tasks comfortably.
