Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic barista / ALLROUNDER to join our fast-paced, high-volume team at 2 Left Sisters. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be passionate about providing exceptional service while crafting quality coffee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to customer specifications.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring health and safety standards are met.

• Handle high-volume orders during peak hours with speed and accuracy.

• Assist customers with menu items, offering recommendations and answering questions.

• Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and espresso machines efficiently.

• Ensure that the cafe area is always stocked and organized.

• Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of barista experience (preferably in a high-volume setting).

• Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso, and other cafe beverages.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• SATURDAY availability is a must. ON A ROTATING ROSTER

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Positive, energetic attitude and a passion for coffee!
