We are now on the lookout for talented Bakers for the production of Singapore's best sourdough bread and pastries based.
Role of Baker
Reporting directly to Head of Production
Check production schedule and liaise with the team to determine products to be made each day/week
Measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batter according to recipes
Mix and shape products according to recipes
Accuracy in scaling
Eye for detail during mix, proof, shape, and bake
Skills and Abilities
1 year as a professional baker/pastry
Professional and positive attitude
Passion for baking and open to learn
Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
Some experience in sourdough is preferred
