The Role

The Big Easy Group is looking for energetic and self‑motivated team members, to fill casual FOH roles across senior wait staff & bartenders. We are seeking candidates who are service‑driven, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a structured and high‑pressure environment. You will have a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering memorable, elevated service experiences that exceed expectations.

Approximately 30hrs per week, with opportunities for growth, including full‑time roles.

Our Venues:

La Louisiane, Tarantino's, Anchovy Bandit, Bandit Pizza and Wine, The Stag Public House & Bottega Bandito (CBD & Prospect)

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring guest experience metrics are achieved, through knowledgeable, passionate table‑side service or Bartending.
  • Meet spend per head targets.
  • Section‑waiting tables (taking food & beverage orders)
  • Make beverages (cocktails, pouring beers, wines, spirits & non‑alcoholics)
  • Deliver food and clearing tables
  • Ensuring the venue is presented & organised to standard at all times.
To be successful in this role you will NEED:
  • A bloody great and positive attitude
  • Experience working in a high energy, fast paced environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role, and a passion for learning
  • A high attention to detail
  • A creative flair and a finger on the pulse of the hospitality industry
