About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team at The Observatory. You’ll be part of a skilled coffee program supported by the Darling Group beverage team, working with high-quality coffee and equipment in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For- Experience in a high-volume specialty coffee setting
- Strong understanding of espresso preparation, milk texturing, and workflow management
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a close-knit team
- Availability across weekends and weekdays
