As a key member of our café, you'll be responsible for creating delightful coffee experiences for our valued customers.
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and speciality brews
- Greet customers warmly and take orders with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during busy periods
- Assist in stock management and inventory control
- Stay informed about coffee trends and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills
- Contribute to a positive work environment and support team goals
- Proven experience as a Barista, with expertise in crafting quality espresso-based beverages
- Strong knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and current industry trends
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
- Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and transactions

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
