Baker/pastry Chef
Assists with the creation and preparation of all products, in line with hygiene and food safety standards.
Ensures that the quality of products produced meets the company’s standards and maintains consistency.
Works closely with the team to develop new recipes and idea generation.
Ensures proper usage of food and minimizes food waste, performing product quality control.
Guides, trains, and supervises junior members.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
