About the Job

Baker/Pastry Chef

Assists with the creation and preparation of all products, in line with hygiene and food safety standards.

  • Preparation and baking of pastries & cakes
  • Frosting and decoration of desserts & whole cakes
  • Production of gelato

Ensures that the quality of products produced meets the company’s standards and maintains consistency.

Works closely with the team to develop new recipes and idea generation.

Ensures proper usage of food and minimizes food waste, performing product quality control.

Guides, trains, and supervises junior members.

Performs other tasks as assigned.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience in pastry production.
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Team player with professional attitude.
  • 5‑day work week with overtime pay (when applicable).
