We’re a daytime venue that can pick up quickly, with traffic from the nearby hot springs and tradies, so being able to stay steady and switch on when it gets busy is important.

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable Barista (All-rounder) to join the team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll move between coffee, food prep (sandwiches and cabinet), and front of house. You’ll play a key part in keeping service running smoothly and creating a consistent, welcoming experience for customers.

We’re looking for someone who brings good energy to a shift, works well with others, and takes pride in doing things properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making consistent, high-quality coffee during both quiet and busy periods

• Preparing sandwiches and maintaining a well-stocked cabinet

• Taking orders and processing payments accurately

• Keeping your area clean, organised, and running smoothly

• Working with the team to maintain flow during service and support each other when it gets busy

What We’re Looking For

• Confident on the coffee machine, or a strong willingness to learn — training and support can be provided

• Comfortable when things get busy and able to stay on top of your section

• Strong all-rounder mindset — happy to jump between tasks

• Good awareness on shift — can see what needs doing without being asked

• Friendly, approachable, and brings good energy to both the team and customers
